“My last ditty”

Iwalk into every night like it could be my last

I have a blast reminiscing with the boys about the trials of our past

Life’s cast some stones my way

I try to remember there’s more then one lane on life’s highway

Friendships break and friendships bend

But who you going to count on when it comes to your end

I can swoon the ladies with my bass lines and melody

I’m never on the lamb ain’t no menace to society

Like the perfect top-off to the perfect high

With the free bass style I ride never needing to question why

You know I’m going to be here till the day I die

Who will laugh and who will cry

What will fill the void were my soul used to lie

I guess I’m not concerned because I’ll always have my pride

I walk into every night like it could be my last

I have a blast reminiscing with the boys about the trials of our past

Life’s cast some stones my way

I try to remember there's more then one lane on life’s highway

Friendships break and friendships bend

But who you going to count on when it comes to your end

Who you going to count on when it comes to your end
